Defective "y" key
The "y" key on my keyboard does not work correctly. Using their online firmware updater and keyboard configuration system, I have determined that other keys in the same column will trigger the "y" to some extent, but the "y" itself does nothing. A short of some form? Other reviews report similar response issues. I wonder how widespread these are. The travel feels good and the sound is satisfying, but I can't use it when a key doesn't work.

Great weight and sounds better than Wooting
I had already had to RMA my initial shipment, and after the second board was received, the same issues continued to persist. The board will randomly start inputting keystrokes from the bottom row(Z,X,C,V,B) and the Number row. There are no firmware updates and contacting Piifox with their contact from their website has yielded no response from them. Adjusting actuation to the max doesn't fix the issue, and if it did, it would defeat the purpose of the board anyway. Until there is an announcement from Piifox, who post maybe 3 times a year on Instagram, I cannot recommend spending your money on this product. 1/5 Stars because it technically doesn't work. Will update if Piifox fixes the issue. Drop support has been helpful and I cannot pin any faults on them as they're only the vendor.

Feels great, wish it worked (it works now!)
Review Update Drop was able to send me a new working unit, so I'm updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I like their online software for customizing lighting, macros, performance, and all that good stuff which is nice for convenience but as a personal preference I prefer a dedicated downloadable software. Thank you Drop for having great customer service, y'all were very helpful. Below is my original review which I will leave here. I have the purple mech variant which looks phenomenal and it pairs well with my purple Neon Genesis Evangelion themed mouse. This would be my first hall effect sensors based keyboard and I was quite excited to see how it fairs in gaming. I got the pro version which means my switches were lubed for a very smooth typing experience. There's very little flex in the board when typing but isn't an issue for me. Things to note, looks like switches can be north facing or south facing so you have options for your personal preference. Stabilizers are decently lubed and has little to no rattle. Now for the bad stuff. I immediately made sure each key press registers when actuated. During the testing I noticed some problems with the following keys: C, V, B, and N would not activate on their own, Z would activate both Z + C, X would activate X + B, Ctrl would activate Ctrl + V, and Windows would activate Windows + N. As far as I can tell every other key works perfectly normally. I made sure to try all sorts of troubleshooting methods such as calibrating the keyboard on their online software, putting the keyboard into upgrade mode and doing a fresh install of the latest firmware, using a different cable, and swapping switches around to verify that it was not a faulty switch issue. Through this testing I have determined that my unit arrived with a defective PCB or hall effect sensor. I've reached out to both Drop and Piifox to possibly get a replacement. As of right now my I will rate it overall as 2/5 and will update my review accordingly once I hear back from either of them.

XBrodyWell that's a downer...I just shipped mine so hopefully I'll be getting my replacement soon. Absolutely unacceptable to have no quality check for these units. If mine also has issues I definitely won't be buying a Piifox product anymore
