If you'd like a rough idea, you can go back through this discussion thread. At the end of each drop, they post a "we've sent the order to the vendor" type of post. In the past year, there have been several such posts. They don't announce when they're going to drop something in advance, but once they do, it'll last about 6-7 days.
In truth, I have no idea, but you'll see this (or similar) drops seem to come around with some regularity. In spite of my regular posts in some threads, I have absolutely no affiliation with Massdrop. Sadly, I just spend entirely too much time reading through old posts of items of interest and/or amusement.
If you have an itch that must be scratched before this is dropped again, there are many quality vendors online. You'll pay a few more bucks/pen, but you'll also get it much sooner.
