Question: Is there a way to change my drop? I added 2 mediums, can i change this to one med and one fine?

You can cancel the order for the 2 Medium nib pens by going to the Transactions section under your profile. You can then rejoin the drop to add the sizes you want.

LizYeah, I clicked there literally seconds ago to see what that did. With the intention of maybe canceling the previous order and placing a new one; and it just made sense from there.
