It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you were going to ship Certified. I still haven't touched the two pens I bought. I wouldn't have placed the order if I'd have known you were shipping Certified... I can't go pick it up from USPS / working 12+ hour days for tax season. Even after signing their peach slip I still await the item. I am now unsure what can be done to get hold of package. Your guidance would be appreciated. Thanks -chris
