Mine arrived today. The gold with a medium point is gorgeous and writes amazingly well. I'd love to say good things about the fine-point black that I ordered, but I can't! I got one pen and a second empty case! The ink is there, everything's in the box, except the pen itself. I've already emailed support; hopefully they'll get back to me quickly.
