Try this... Remove the nib unit and wipe it with a paper towel or tissue to get any ink off of it. Rinse out the front section of the pen body and dry it as well as you can. Put the nib unit back in (with ink) and put the pen back together. Set the pen down on a paper towel and leave it for a day or so. If you come back to ink on the towel (other than a little water seeping out from rinsing it, which may be stained with ink), then you have an issue.
If you come back to no ink leakage, then it might mean your pen is leaking while being carried about. I never have pens leak, but my wife sometimes has leaks when carrying her pens in her purse as they get tousled a bit in there.
