View Full Discussion Quick update for the group, due to an issue with the UPS label generation system, the group's bulk order was returned to the vendor. We have contacted UPS and they are going to grab the order again from the vendor first thing tomorrow morning. We have expressed our frustration with them in regards to how this was handled and they are expediting inbound shipping due to their error. In addition once the orders arrive with us we will be upgrading orders from our usual shipment method.
Admittedly we were a bit slow in catching this error and this lead to an increased delay. We have implemented processes now to ensure that this doesn't happen in the future. We are also applying an additional $10 discount from us and our vendor partner for every participant of the drop as a small token of thanks for your continued patience. This will be reflected in your account within 1-3 business days.
We currently anticipate the bulk order arriving early this coming week. Our warehouse team has been notified of the importance of getting this shipment out and will work hard to make sure things are shipped out the same day they arrive.
We will remain in contact with our vendor, UPS, and warehouse team to make sure that the rest of this drop goes smoothly.
