I got one a year ago. Tasted like plastic / lubricant every time I vaped. I contacted customer service and they were horrific - denying my experience and telling me they didn't have any mouthpiece made from inert materials (I traced the problem down to the mouthpiece - poor material choice). I knew full-well they sold the glass lined PONG and they were lying to me.
I modified my mouthpiece to accept a borosilicate glass tube, and fit it such that the tube bottom hits the top of the bullet - straight pulling from metal to glass with no plastic in the way. Solved the problem, but the problem shouldn't have existed...
AVOID.

Oh no, a few more uninformed people have joined this drop. This is something to stay away from people... far away. Don't take my word for it, take a look at the reviews here - http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/pinnacle-pro.10651/ - anyone that reads the last few pages of that thread is not going to buy anything from VaporBlunt. Please for the sake of your health, wallet, and the future of vaporizing... do not buy this product.

I'd like to chime in and concur with the rest of the folks here suggesting to stay away from this device. I ordered one from here a year a go and it's no longer functioning. Mouth-piece cracked almost immediately, the unit will ostensibly heat up according to the indicator lights but the chamber doesn't get hot. Light's indicate a charged or function when it's not charged or functioning.
It's out of warranty so I'm out of luck. There are more and better portable vaporizers out there, save your money for one that will last longer than a few months. For $150 I'd expect to get more than a year's use out of it. I'd also expect a bit better support from the company but at this point what do they care, they already have my money.

Lots of people have mentioned this or similar already, but with a new drop, it needs repeating for those that don't read back past current messages:
To anyone considering this, a quick note. Personally, I would stay away from TRVB products. I bought a PP through a drop here when it was new, and TRVB broke all sorts of promises they were making to users on FC. The mouthpieces were cracking mysteriously at a disturbingly frequent rate of report, and the main body of some units cracking also. We were promised free replacement PonGs made with a new, more durable plastic, then later the newer glass-lined ones, but most of us never actually got anything. Also, my 18mm Vapor Blunt water tool broke _internally_; the splashguard neatly fell off right at the weld. According to TRVB all their glass carries no warranty whatsoever unless it's already broken when it arrives, even though this was clearly a manufacturing defect, probably due to rushing the annealing to save money.
Oh, and the highest temp setting on my PPro doens't work anymore. Within a couple months it went strange; if you choose temp 5 it'll heat up, but within 30 seconds or so of reaching temp it will shut off the unit. Once again, TRVB support didn't give a shit. Look at a Flowermate for a budget option, or if you can stretch a bit more, the new S&B portables are reviewing well. This particular unit, though, I would most assuredly NOT recommend, nor anything by this company. You run a strong chance of ending up as disappointed as I am, and why buy an old model when there's so much new vaping hotness about these days?

Are people really ignorant enough to keep voting for this crap to drop?
A plastic vaporizer that we know has melting issues and very poor service from the manufacturer. For those that do like the taste of melted plastic, there are very few reports of these things lasting more than 6 months. VaporBlunt should do the environment a favor and send all remaining units of all his models to a recycling center... far too many of these things are ending up in landfills. Plenty of evidence at the FuckCombustion link above... where posters are required to be nice and only state their complaint once.
Stay far away from this... unless you like the taste of melting plastic and only need it to last a few months.

Edit: Eventually I got a full refund from Massdrop so all good on their part.

SavageCoreSame here, both Massdrop and Vaporblunt are ignoring me. I'd advise everyone to stay away from them and their future drops.
252 page discussion about the Pinnacle Pro, you'll notice that 70% of the posts are complaints about the unit/customer support, and the 30% are questions or people who just received.

First unit died, red light heating error so after VaporBlunt ignoring me for a few days Massdrop replaced it themselves, had to pay £25.70 customs again on the replacement but oh well I thought, at least it works now and it is great!
But now my second unit is broken and both Massdrop and VaporBlunt are ignoring me. Emailed VaporBlunt 30th of October and Massdrop 4th then 6th of November. Top of unit seems to have cracked under heat (https://imgur.com/a/KcZSl). Since I took those photos it got much worse and was almost detached so I stopped using it.
Anyway, avoid this vaporiser/company. If this wakes up either party then please refund me ASAP.
