A new function in Serato DJ, Serato Flip lets you record hot cue combinations and replay them on a loop. To cater to that function, the DDJ-SX2 features dedicated Record, Start, and Slot controls as well as the capacity to record up to six Hot Cue sequences at one time. For everything else, take to the JOG wheels to cut to the perfect cue and set loops, samples, and functions to the 16 velocity sensitive and multi-colored Performance Pads.
Public Address
If you’re in the mood to mix it up with some additional components, you can take to the four external inputs and connect to a microphone, analog turntable, and more. Once you’re ready to take the stage, you can plug right into the PA with the Booth Out.
