GregBarrowPretty much, if you want to add the buttons to the chip it'll require a little soldering.

xcessionYou can solder a push button or switch, etc. that gives power to the corresponding GPIO pin (I believe that they're printed on the screen.) You can use the pi to trigger certain commands, in macjakjak's case he used them to power off, and things like that. Essentially, anything that you could possibly think of.
