For a dedicated display to attach to your Raspberry Pi 2, the PiTFT- Assembled 3.5 inch TFT + Touchscreen Display gives you a 480 x 320 pixel monitor with 16bit color and touchscreen capabilities. Designed to fit with the Raspberry Pi 2 and the Model A+ or B+, the plate uses a high-speed SPi interface. The display comes fully assembled and ready to plug into your Pi 2.
Note: The display comes fully assembled. This drop is limited to 120 displays. This drop does not include a Raspberry Pi.
SPI Interface
To attach your display, simply use the hardware SPI pins (SCK, MOSI, MISO, CE0, and CE1) as well as GPIO #25 and #24. With the space leftover, you have four spots available for tactile switches, letting you make an integrated interface for your favorite ROMs. A 2 by 16 'classic Pi' connection GPIO header is built on the bottom, so you can connect a 26-pin Pi GPIO cable.
