I was charged on April 29th, 2014 and have, as of today, not received so much as a shipping number.
I was already boned from the NEMA Stepper Motor shipping fiasco and this, on top of that, is just downright ridiculous.
I've been in contact with support -multiple- times and the last I heard from Deanna was I would be receiving a shipping number in a few days. This was on 12 June. It's the 23rd and no tracking number. What's the major malfunction here?
