Out of curiosity, has anyone had their status change from 'No reply received' yet?
I figure with the number of orders it take them some time to process, I'm just wondering if they've started yet.
Yes, mine was updated. My email came in 7/10 to cancel or stay.
Mine also arrived on the 10th; I took a day to reply so in theory then, I should see an update today.
I don't know exactly when mine updated I checked a day or two after and it was already updated. If your still doesn't show a reply you may want to contact support.
Looks like they processed it this morning.
