I'm really looking forward to this.
My keyboard progression so far: - $5 and under fullsize ISO membrane keyboards - $150 ANSI TKL commercial mechanical keyboard (Ducky Shine 3, MX Blue, white LED) - $170 ANSI 65% custom designed mechanical keyboard(Originative Co. TADA68, MOD-L, white LED) - $130 40%, ortholinear, basically artisan level mechanical keyboard kit (Planck, MOD-M)
Of course the last one is still coming. Now all I need is: - Fullsize IBM Model M - Ergodox - 60% - 84-key - All the other ones. More money.

Briano.GBeautiful change. Stepping straight into custom keyboards with aftermarket switches is the best approach you can take, IMO. I just wanted a mechanical keyboard so I got whatever people recommended for quality. Then I got into keycaps, then into custom boards.
