USB problem is fixed? Won't fall out on me? Really interested in picking this keyboard up.
At this price point, I'd still say pick it up and just be careful with the cables you plug in.
Another option would be to get a magnetic USB C kit and just plug something in once so that you don't have to fiddle with it too much. I have a Planck from the last batch (Earlier this summer) and I have had absolutely no issues with the port.
Could also use resin or epoxy around the joint to help secure; I think the magnetic connection route is sage advice
+1 on the magnetic adapters. You can buy them cheap on Amazon. I use them for my Lily58 Pro I built and its flawless. Easily connects and disconnects and rids the possibility of damaging the connector. Well worth paying an extra $10 bucks or so
Problem was very much overblown/overstated, it was a problem affecting a small % of units. That being said, it should affect close to zero units in this latest batch as extra solder has been used to hold the port in an extra secure manner.
Which adapters did you buy? I haven't really found any im confident in on amazon.
This is the one I bought before. Looks like their currently out of stock but its been flawless for me https://amzn.to/34GfOQU
