Setting up my new OLKB Planck (Sherbet NK switches, Carbon caps) today for my iMac. All going well except that both Shift and Ctrl activate shift. I am left without a ctrl key. Is this possibly a known Mac bug or a PCB error or... something else? Suggestions?

Is it perhaps that you’re expecting Ctrl to be the bottom-leftmost key, directly below Shift? It’s not in that position on the Planck by default, but there is a key there that acts like Shift. The actual Ctrl key is the second-leftmost key in the bottom row. You can reconfigure all this via the web-based visual QMK Configurator.
