Hey everyone, super excited to get these new V7 Plancks in your hands. All pre-orders should have shipped from our warehouse now and on their way to you.
I wanted to take this moment to make a note about the encoder. It's important to source encoders that have matching pulse & detent resolutions to ensure proper firmware behavior with the boards. Here is an example of an encoder that will work well
Otherwise you should have an update build guide in the box, which should give you step by step instructions on assembling your new kit. Hope everyone enjoys their Planck!

theycallmeboxyThe firmware is already loaded onto the PCBA. What issue are you running into?
EDIT:
Open PR is found here for V7 firmware
Note Rev6_drop firmware should also work fine for this PCBA (minus encoder support of course)

YanboWusince there is no real information about it and my questions here remain unrespondet I want to ask a mod now: Is it possible to address and program all 8 rotary encoders independently or is it just one function per side?
