Bombenhagelit should be. EasyAVR supports very easy keyremapping with gui and for flashing just use flip or whatever atmel provides. no need for any programming skills

The guide is fine for people who know how to compile code and build programs, but it's spotty for beginners, and links to tons of 404s.
If you think flashing this keyboard is just like rooting Android or jailbreaking an iPhone, it's not.
Somebody had ought to do a Youtube video or something detailing step by step how to flash the board with a custom layout. I'm certain it would be helpful for the newbies.
