The shipment that I received was a complete disaster upon arrival! One of the corner bottles that arrive broke! (I noticed that nowhere in the package was it indicated that the package is fragile despite 90% of this shipment is glass bottles!) Can you guys send a replacement bottle?

j-ookamiHi @j-ookami -- I'm sorry to hear that, sounds like a mess! Thanks for letting us know.
I've flagged this for Customer Support, but please send an email to 'support@massdrop.com' so and tell them which color needs to be replaced so we follow up with the vendor.
I'm not sure how quickly we'll be able to do this because it's one bottle from what's usually a full set and many vendors are closing up for the holidays, but we'll take care of this.
