The plus sound cables have been inconvenient- at best. Let me start by saying that the sound quality can be excellent under perfect conditions. The problem with the cables has been connectivity. I have Mee Audio X7's, Jaybirds, and a couple others. None of them have the connection problems that these do. Specifically, both when paired with a Samsung S7, and now an S9, the PS's will lose connection (stutter) if the phone is in my pocket. Even when I make sure to keep phone and BT box on the same side of my body. When I contacted Plussound, they offered no help, some comments which seemed to indicate disbelief and direction to "send the cable in for testing". At my expense no less. At the cost of these things, you'd think it would be an assumption of the customer is correct and let's figure this out, not condescension and disbelief. I initially waited on sending them in as I knew I was going to replace my s7 with the s9 and hoped there would be improvement. Now, I'm not even sure they're worth the headache.
