My jacket has been stuck in Germany since May 3, on it's way to Finland. How does Massdrop handle cases when or if the product is lost in transit?

DHL has a terminal location in Hamburg which routes many of the shipments into Finland. It takes time for packages to go from Hamburg to Finland. While this period of no tracking activity is above average, it is still within ranges we’ve seen before.
