For me with stuff like this I always buy it slightly big so I can shrink it in the wash and then get after it with the sewing machine to make it fit me. I decided to modify this tonight to show how I think they should fit from the factory. I darted the back in two spots, removing about 3" total, then I took the sides in removing about another 1.5" for a total of 4.5" of take-in. Then I took the sleeves in so they met up with the cuffs properly. Now it's a jacket I can ride a motorcycle with or reach into a running car engine bay and not get my sleeve caught in the fan. I still think the collar is huge, but it's growing on me.
