OK I think what it is is the sizing instructions they are measuring the Jacket. The JACKET is sized 44 not the potential wearer. So if your a 44 You need to upsize.
In no way shape or form do these come oversized in US sizes IMOH.
So - if you followed the sizing directions , and sized down , you now have a smallish jacket that would suck to layer with.
Really nice jacket otherwise : (
I bet dozer is pissed too.
