Here's my two cents to whole mechanicalkeyboards.com argument. It's true, that for US residents MD and MK don't have much difference, but MK doesn't allow different billing and shipping addresses. Because of that I can't pay with my credit card and send a keyboard to a custom shipping company in US. And default international shipping, provided by MK, will cost me a $55, which is totally out of question. So, there's that. Just a little point from my experience.

MK certainly do allow different billing and shipping addresses; but you may be restricted in available shipping methods (ie. might need to depend on USPS).
My previous order from them, in late August 2017, of two keyboards (so certainly applicable to this discussion) was successfully delivered to me here in Canada, using separate billing and shipping addresses. And further, my shipping address was a P.O. box.

Sorry, my original message wasn't very clear. In my case, billing and shipping addresses were in different countries (Ukraine and United States respectively). I submitted order successfully, but two days later it was cancelled and money were refunded back to credit card. MK support told me that when paying with credit card I must use "matching" shipping and billing addresses, or use PayPal (which I can't use for a number of reasons) with verified billing address. Maybe it has something to do with difficulties to verify billing address in Ukraine.
