I just bought my pok3r and was super interested in this case. Would you say it is worth the steep price? Heck i paid less for my actual keyboard.

dukiepookieIts too god damn much actually think about what your paying for. The wood is more expensive than your keyboard i would only buy this for 75$

JtragicSee thats exactly how I fell. I could buy nice wood and just make something similar. My grandfather has a wood shop. My craftsmanship wont be nearly as good but still not bad

dukiepookieShit, I'd love to buy a wood case made directly by someone in the community. Plus, I bet the price would be much more reasonable.

owlhatsDatamancer is a very small business located in California; it's not like they're mass producing thousands of these in China. You're not just paying just for the wood.. You're paying for the design, superb craftsmanship, business overhead, etc. Plus which, they ARE people in the community. They just had a So. Cal mechanical keyboard meetup, and have had multiple drops here.
But by all means, make your own! It'd be a great learning experience and tons of fun.
Sorry if this seems ranty, I get upset when people complain about Datamancer's prices as if they're being ripped off or Datamancer is making a fortune.

PoorBobI think the price is totally justified, it's just completely out of my price range, which of course isn't Datamancer's fault. I'm not discrediting them. It's more or less my bitterness of not being able to afford it, lol
