I got this from the Kickstarter. I bent the tip of the pen putting the cap on. The clip does not say Polar. I really wish it used Pilot G2 refills. If anyone wants one message me (or reply to this comment and ill give you my email) and I'll sell mine for 30 bucks. I have the all silver one with the stylus. It just needs a new refill. I've used it on a Galaxey S3 and do not have the problems agp54 is talking about. The stylus glides smoothly across the screen and does not squeak as he claims.
Edit: I have never seen it have any effect on my screen

mkbattersonThe squeaking isn't really a major concern ;) The real problem is how the magnetism affects the screen power.

agp54Some tablets use magnets to detect when the case is closed over the front and turn off the display for that. The magnets on this pen will trigger those sensors. It depends on your tablet. Mostly the Nexus line and probably a few others.

bryanlyonAh, that would explain that. For anyone who is interested, it happened while using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8in and LG G2.
