Just a note to fellow Canadian Massdroppers, the Polar Pen was deemed illegal by Health Canada.

A Canadian version is in the works. In the mean time, this drop should probably be blocked to Canadian addresses.

LaikeThanks @Laike we'll reach out to Polar Pens and confirm. On a related note, we haven't had issues shipping Zen Magnets in the past internationally, I would imagine they would be in the same category.

andyI imagine it would be a matter of if the package is opened by customs and the mood of the customs agents on that day, as technically magnet toy sets are not allowed to be imported and *should* be confiscated. Many Canadian Kickstarter backers had to ship their pen to American addresses during the campaign so they could get their hands on the reward.

LaikeHi Laike. Thanks for sharing this. We apologize for any confusion caused to our fellow Canadians. Unfortunately the POLAR Pen is not available in Canada due to local regulations on small magnets. Canadian orders will be cancelled.

andyJust curious but if you haven't had problems shipping zen magnets which I believe are in the same category then why would there be a problem shipping the polar pens ? they are both classified as magnet sets.
