I got an empty package from Massdrop. It had the package form in it that said that the cardholder was in there, and it obviously wasn't in there at all. Has this happened to anyone else?

darknessiscomingDid the packaging look like it had been tampered with? We've had an increased number of cases of mail theft recently at support@massdrop.com. Usually the package is torn in a corner or something like that...

MarkIt did not have any tears. But the flap of the bubble envelope was sealed with tape. I don't remember whether the envelope's self-adhesive was still sealed. What can we do about this?
