Some of the same thoughts I've seen from others here. Strap length is fine, but about 1-2mm too narrow at the attachment point. Compared to my other handmade leather strap (by Crown & Buckle), the hand stitching on this one is quite noticeable (see photo)--not necessarily bad or good, but does mean this band is definitely for casual wear. If the Popov band is too long you can just cut some off yourself, since it doesn't have stitching around the end. For me it's generally impossible to get an even curve, but for someone good with scissors it should work.

What watch is that? And what size of band did you order? It does look like the strap is 2mm too short in width. I use fabricated steel dies to cut the straps so they're pretty accurate. The only thing that may make the attachment point narrow, is a crooked fold similar to @ERENTE 's strap. However, it doesn't seem to be the case in your pictures.
Feel free to email me about that @Kinami (ryan@popovleather.com) and I'll see if I can help remedy the situation.

RyanPopoffThanks for the confirmation--For future bands I'll remember that this watch fits 22mm, not 20. I probably did measure too conservatively, thinking that too wide is a bigger problem than too narrow. (I'm in Korea, so postage costs are too high to return something if it doesn't fit).
Send me an email anyway. I'll see what I can do =)
