This clip works extremley well on the Manix XL! I used the factory spyderco screws so I cannot comment on the additional screws included with the clip. I can finally carry this sweet beast of a pocket knife without having to worry about it sticking up above the pocket. On a side note...the clip does cover the lanyard tube for those of you who favor a lanyard.

I have pops custom clips on a few of my Spyderco a and a few of my Ferrum forge massdrop knives, and they are all great. My biggest complaint is with the screws. The heads are rather large and sometimes catch on the pocket as you're trying to put your knife away. Not a deal breaker for me by any means, but might be for others.

Glad I was finally able to buy one! Thanks MD! Received everything needed to install, but you may want to make sure you have proper tool for removal of factory clip. Also recommend Loctite unless you can remember to check screws regularly. BEST OF ALL...I no longer feel like my Para 3 is gonna fall out of my pocket!

Baught with the intention to it put on a Delica. Couple things. The spring tension is not enough to resting on the scale of the knife. On a Delica it is too tall and extends longer than the length of the knife. With the Delica the included screws were too long and effected the action of the knife because they were hitting the liners
Even though the included screws were a little more flush fit with the clip on a delica use the stock screws. With heavier pants I trust the clip will change back to the factory clip for the summer.

This is a very tall (or deep) clip, which means it will extend outside of the knife for many models. I tried it with PM2 and Manix, both tip up carry. In case of Manix clip extended way out side of the handle, significantly affecting ergonomics when operating the ball bearing lock. It fits PM2 a bit better - just slightly extending beyond the knife handle and in case of PM2 ergonomics are not affected - clip stays out of the way when operating compression lock. I don't recommend this clip for any knife where you need to press the end of the handle against your palm to operate it (ball bearing locks, flippers, etc.)

Mostly agree with "Grumbles". I have mounted it on a Para3 and it works fine but
the flat screws don't really flush and still create some sharp edges where the pocket lip get caught and worn.

Not what i expected
I was first interested because I saw the recess in the clip for the screws to be flush. Well the screws I got the heads were a lot bigger than the recess in the clip. The band in the clip is not quite enough either. When i put in my pocket when it got to the screws i had to force the rest of the way. It was also a lot longer than i prefer. It's hard to tell in the picture but it's pretty long on the knife.

Nice clip, but it is a little bit crooked . Not totally centered. Other then that pretty awesome 👍
