Although the description doesn't say what model this is, it appears to be the SY-310. Anyone has experience with this tripod? Reviews seem to be hard to come by.

sdufordI've got one that looks identical though has the brand "YellowStone" attached to the side. .. There really isn't much to say about it.
The clip for the ball seems solid enough. Doesn't take much force to rotate it while locked. Seems to hold in place when there's gear, though. I've currently got about 3KG (double load capacity) sitting on it and it's not broken (5D Mark IV + 70-200 f/2.8L IS II + flash, + peak design capture pro for quick release plate). Though with that gear on it it's impossible to have it at anything but it's min height (wide open) without it slipping. The min/max height is kind of weird. There's no locks so getting the min height can be kind of hit and miss. If you're on grippy ground it's no problem with lighter DSLR/lens combos or mirrorless. If you're on soft ground, the min-height (wide open) is the only way to use it. It's stable enough at min height for what it is - a desktop tripod.
Can get them for less than $15 on ebay.
