Jumping into the line of fire here.
Firstly our sincerest apologies for the late update. Our update tracker was having some issues registering update dates towards the end of October and it looks like this one fell though the cracks. The problem is rectified and updates will be delivered in a timely manner now.
Okay with that out of the way we are not through the rough waters yet folks. There is an issue with one of the bundled inks that the group needs to be made aware of as we just confirmed this with the vendor today.
In regards to this drop our vendor for J. Herbin has notified us that they will be unable to fulfill orders for the foreseeable future due to widespread shortages. Before this drop was run we confirmed quantities with the vendor and were told these would be ready to ship per the expected ship date. Our vendor had asked the manufacturer to pull inventory from other channel partners, but this was rejected.
We are offering the group the following options:
1. Cancel for a full and immediate refund
2. Stay in the drop and we will ship your order of the Pelikan Ink (scheduled to come in next week), Iroshizuku Ink, and also issue a $30 partial refund.
If you would like option 2 you don't have to do a thing and your order will ship as soon as it arrives. If you would like to cancel please reach out to us at support@massdrop.com and we will get you taken care of ASAP.
Again our sincerest apologies for the delay. We will get your orders/refunds out to you as soon as we can. Expect an update from us on 11/19 or sooner if something comes up (We won't miss it!).
