We’ve submitted our order for the ink bundle shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, our vendors are preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update on 10/29 or sooner if something comes up.

nelsonLook. I don't care if they or you or your dog are having problems preparing the shipment or warehouse handling problems. I want to know what the problem is. If you don't have an answer to the problem, find it. But let us know what the problem is. Keeping your customers in the loop of things will give you these customers back. Going on 2 weeks since we were supposed to expect an update so I would like an update in the next couple of days. Doesn't matter what you say. Not enough ink, The order got eaten by your dog, or even Been too busy copying and pasting these 'Expect an update' messasges to all the drops without giving an update.
Just give us the damn update, Nelson.
pordssam89Agreed - totally frustrating not to hear anything about this drop. We should be told. With this amount of delay I'm regretting this one - for a little extra money I could have got these three inks from reputable fountain pen and ink retailers like Goulet, Anderson or Vanness. Or even Amazon. And they would have been here a month ago.... Though finding J.Herbin Rouge Hematite can be difficult - perhaps that's what Massdrop is struggling with? Let us know would you!
