Has anyone successfully canceled their order for this Drop? Email from 2/16 we have until today to cancel but support has been offline for the weekend and holiday. Not sure if they are still reviewing requests on the last day.
You can't cancel an order after it has already been placed with the vendor. There may be exceptions to this rule but generally this is how Massdrop handles all of their drops in the past.
I successfully canceled the order for a refund, so that’s not accurate. I think they sometimes allow it for delayed and defective productions.
hence "There may be exceptions to this rule ", if they say you can cancel this order due to ineffective or improper parts than of course. Generally, if there are none of these issues then you _can't_ cancel after the vendor order has been placed.
