erickongI just assembled mine today and I have the same issue. The 4th key on the bottom row did not work. I tested on QMK configurator (https://config.qmk.fm/#/test), it doesn't detect any key code.
The switch looks fine. I swapped it and it worked on a different socket.
Any suggestion?

sengcyHow does the bottom of the PCB look? If it is a PCB issue, you can RMA it
