Can these be used on open flame(wood fire)

TaboostAnodized aluminum is great for campfire cooking. Ceramic coatings in general are safe to much higher temperatures than Teflon - much higher than you are going to want to fry your dinner on. The things you want to watch out for are any plastic parts to melt (these pans don't appear to have any) or any super uneven heating which could result in warps and increase the risk of flaking the ceramic.

Nice, but massive for my purposes.
Seems a bit heavy at 32 oz ? There are comparable sets (hard anodized, teflon coated, clamp style pot lifter) around 24 oz although they're pricier than this massdrop price.

EverythingIsBetterOutdoorsI believe these have a ceramic nonstick coating. Teflon has been proven to be not so healthy. I've heard ceramic isn't as bad for your system but not 100% sure.
Brad22Right, I remember hearing something of the same, but I don't think the coating would have a massive difference in weight.

" Multilayer non-stick, temperature-resistant interior surface". What material is used to create this non-stick surface? Teflon?

Wonder if this would be a good addition to the Primus ETA Spider Stove Set that ended yesterday.

Hikin' Jim just posted a review of the Primus Eta Express Stove system, which is essentially one of these LiTech pots, the Express stove, and a wind shield. He loved the stove and pot combo, though he didn't find the wind shield was worth it. So, if you want to make your own efficient system, seems like this would be a good pot to use https://adventuresinstoving.blogspot.com/2017/04/review-primus-eta-express-stove-system.html
