Best bang for buck folder out there.
S35VN blade.
Full carbon fiber scales with nested stainless steel liners.
Bearing pivot.
Excellent fit and finish.
All the above should set you back well over $200usd but it's near half.
It's biggest weakness may be its rather vanilla design but eh, why fix what isn't broken?
It's biggest surprise would have to be how well it feels in hand. Both the shape and smooth finish of the carbon frame is exceptional.
The blade is sweet with a premium steel and proven grind shape.
The flipping action is above average with a perfect combination of blade weight, detent strength and liquid smooth bearing pivot.
I'm especially sold on carbon fiber scales as it's vastly stronger than typical g10 or micarta. It's not just appearance. Nested steel liners only where required(carbon fiber is super strong but is not hard nor wear resistant.)
Admittedly, the looks didn't grab hold of me but the objective features did and the gamble was worth it because the build quality turned out to be exceptional.

I am very Impressed with the PROELIA TX050 !! It exceeded my Expectations .
The knife came packaged like a $200.00 dollar + knife . Extra screws , extra pivot , extra clips , a torx wrench , and nylon carrying pouch .I was Pleasantly surprised ! The blade is very sharp and perfectly centered . The G-10 handle fits my hand perfectly . The flipping action is really smooth . The fit and finish are great . I will probably order the one with CF handle too .

My first Proelia and not my last. Great presentation and packaging. The carbon fiber handle feels great in your hand. Vary sharp out of the box with no blade play. Very satisfied and happy to be adding this to my collection.

I like it, needs an aftermarket backspacer though
Just because the original one is steel and a significant part of the weight. It's got a good feel in hand, and I rated it 5 anyway because quality per dollar is plenty high even with the overweight backspacer. I think I like it enough to send it out for a carbon fiber one.

Great knife for the price! Solid, smooth, and comfy
I really like this knife. The CF is well done, the ergos are fantastic, and the action is incredibly well tuned. This little gem seems to fly under most people’s radar. I recommend the CF for the aesthetics, but they are all good.
This is a workhorse, and you can feel the weight, even with some milling and other tricks to lighten the liners. I really wish there were more online reviews! in short: great value on an undersung knife with great build quality and premium materials. Extra hardware is included!!

Turns out the backspacer is steel, which is why it's so heavy even with the narrow liners. Beautifully made though, gonna need a Cf backspacer

Omniseedfelt lighter than that when I was handling it, nd one of the sites I saw claimed Ti. That kind of sucks. makes sense with the price though. Thanks for clearing that up. I kinda wish it has a CF backspacer too
