Count me dissatisfied. I've not had my long. It seemed slick at first but then it started binding up. When I tried to separate my keys imagine my shock when the actual ring shockingly unwound with the force, becoming a useless piece of bent metal. The Kappa held fast. I'll have to see if I can separate it with some tools when I have the time.

DFensWell I was wondering if it would start coming apart XD consider spraying it with silicon spray to help loosen it up.

DFensSounds like the spring is inserted wrong side up. If You want to try and repair it, get it separated, remove the coil spring and reinsert backside of the spring up. I would contact support, and they can help You get it fixed or replaced.
