Your belt is the last thing you want to worry about in the field. When you’re on the move, the Propper Rapid-Release belt has your back, and your pants Read More
I have an older tan model Propper belt that I have used at the range for 2 years as a firearms instructor. This belt will hold your gear. My belt still looks and wears good. I'm going to get a black one to go under my heavy ass duty belt.
I believe that you need to have one of the buckles removed from the belt in order to feed the belt through the belt loops due to the size of the buckles. Constantly having to find the adjustment point may or may not prove to be inconvenient for some.
cornerstonetomI don't own the Propper Belt, but I believe you are correct. I own several similar Fusion Belts. While they require being removed before washing the pants or moving to another pair of pants. Very quickly I could eye ball the sweet spot when I re attached the belt. Once it was set, its quicker than a normal belt.
Sorry to break it to you, but the identical belts are selling on Amazon for less than a third the cost. No it doesn’t have a Propper brand name - not that their belts do - but these WERFORU Tactical Belt belts are legit - and priced at a significant discount (ONLY $9.99) is what it is all about, right?
I own two of these other belts and have had zero complaints or malfunctions. “Belted for life”.
MaximumMarkI Ordered a WERFORU belt to replace a Fusion belt for daily wear. While they are cheaper, the buckle was cumbersome and the cheap stretchy ring to hold the excess belt was a joke. After using the WERFORU for a couple of months, I much prefer double thickness belts and the velcro does help keep things tidy and not flopping around.
Some people might not like the stiffness a double thickness belt provides, but that might be down to personal preference.
