You clearly just copypasted most of the description from the Loop PBT Doubleshot Pudding Keycap Set, because some of it is clearly inaccurate. "The bottom three quarters of each cap is done in a pastel colorway, like a sweet treat under the case in a candy shop." Uh, no? The bottoms on these are CLEAR. (Those colors are allegedly why the Loop set is double the price of the other pudding keysets you can find on Amazon.)
Once again, please don't hesitate to email me about my rates as a freelance editor; I have years of experience helping clients avoid these kind of embarrassing mistakes.
eponymousI appreciate this callout, so I just wanted to ask: if I were looking for pudding caps that weren't specifically colored, I'd want these? Do you know any "higher quality" clear pudding caps? I like to change my colors from time to time, and I've been reading these are pretty cheaply made.
Maybe add different Layouts, that way your sales would ramp up like crazy, no one is selling pudding keycaps that are not US layout, the demand is there...
Yeah exactly. Pudding keycaps are only available in the US layout, offering 2 ISO keys at best. We could of course just use that, however, having half of our keycaps be pudding keycaps while the other half are "normal" keycaps is pretty unsatisfying.
All pudding keycaps are definitely the same caps manufactured at the same location. They are all cheap af, thin and terrible. Same font, profile, design, cheapness
Having done a ton of research trying to find blank pudding keycaps or even just ones with a normal looking font, I can assure you that this is the same exact set of pudding keycaps you can get from most other retailers. All pudding keycaps are manufactured by the same company and they all have that ugly font, cheap, thin construction, and design. Until they make keycaps like these that are blank or are free of that ugly stenciled font and higher quality i definitely won't be buying pudding keycaps
JrezkyEvery couple of months I search for blank pudding keycaps and I've yet to find any.
Surely the demand is there. We're out here! There are dozens of us!
Any chance of adding a few alternate size keys? Single u + and 0, 1.25 right shift, etc. to increase compatibility? Just a few keys like that would make this compatible with 1800 style boards, TKL, and 65% layouts with arrow keys. The current setup only fits Some TKLs or full boards, no boards with the slightest nonstandard key (like most 65%) can take this.
