How come the unit measure of the keys isn't shown? Would be easier to determine with certainty what I would need to cover a standard Minivan layout. Anyone know for sure? Seems maybe 40S would help? Or icons + minibars if I want to go that route? Would appreciate any tips!

How about a True Fox WhiteFox, btw? Curious about covering this one, as well. Old comments from MiTo reference a "TsaFox" kit, but I don't see that one in this drop.

djthread @MiTo I agree with this; can you provide a chart of key sizes? The number of kits available and the premium pricing make for a poor experience if I can't be confident I won't end up with missing or incorrectly sized keys.

internetpartyKeycap measurements isn’t needed if you simply use the 1u keycap as reference and read from there, increasingly. The renders are arranged in such manner that you can easily do this, without me labeling key sizes that some people, somehow, interpret as actual legends.

djthreadAlphas + 40s + Minibars for the mini keyboard you mentioned, TsaFox is about the same thing as Hobbyist kits.

MiToIt looks like the 40s includes the spacebars I would need? Why would I need minibars?
I might be interested in the icons, though... is it possible to cover the MiniVan with the icon option? I'll have to look closer later, but any comments on this? Icons possible?

MiToPlease correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that the 40s only includes one 1.5u R3 key! It would seem that it + alphas would _not_ be able to cover the bottom row of the MiniVan?

djthreadYes it's possible, depends on the looks you want... Just make sure you have enough keycaps, you can tell the size of them by using the 1u as a reference.

MiToOh, I suppose I do have an "enter" I could put in the bottom row, don't I... I guess at this point, I would have to consider the Mac kit.

MiToYou're right, I need to use the 1.5u enter on my board, but then I still don't see where the second 1.5u R3 key comes from. There appears to be only one ("HACK").

djthreadJust so you know, for the MiniVan 3 keycaps are needed in the 1.5u siye and right now we only have two. However I added another one, it make take a little while for the render to update but you can be sure it will be there!

MiToMiTo, please correct me if I'm wrong, but now that the renders have updated, it would appear that you've added a new 1.75u key as opposed to the 1.5u key we agreed would be needed to cover the Minivan... There still appears to still only be the one 1.5u key.

*Help* Screw in stabilizers not fitting in Dropshift V2 keyboard

I'm trying to build a mechanical keyboard with screw in stabilizers, I've build some mechanical keyboards with click-in stabilizers, never with screw in. Somehow one of the pins of the metal top-part collides with the screw in stabilizer of the numpad "enter key". I already tried grinding of a bit of the pin that collides with the stabilizer, but unfortunately I can't make it fit/close properly. You can see that the pin of the toppart leaves a mark on the bottompart of the stabilizer, see picture 2. What am I missing? Using Durock V2 in a Dropshift fullsize V2. See pictures below, thanks in advance!

Want to build a Clicky Mech Keyboard. Where to begin?

Hello all. Am brand new to the idea of building my own keyboard. Have not a clue where to begin this process. I am a Sim Game enthusiast. American Truck Sim, DCS Flight Sim and goes from there. Need some real help on where to start for making my own Full Size, Clickey Mechanical KB. I want each key to have its own backlighting. Are there keys that are better than others for this? Is there a great spot on site for a person who has never even taken a keyboard apart? Let alone fixed or built one? I would like it to fit my theme of Red and Black. Yet maybe have the option of changing things up a bit. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all kindly, Durazell

Does the ALT v2 PCBA support USB-C e-marked cables?

Currently my ALT v1 does not work with e-marked USB-C cables. I was wondering if the v2 PCBA does support these types of cables (thunderbolt 4 cable for example)?
