We are doing great so far, I apologize for the late update as the Massdrop agents are very busy today. Further tier drops are being discussed, but we need more orders to make it happen.
Thank you very much for the support everyone, remember that you can always shoot me your questions either here or at Reddit (/u/lyqu1d).
I wish you all a wonderful day!

Another quick question - what would the difference between this and a theoretical PBT version? I have a very limited understanding of this kind of stuff but see PBT as being superior to ABS.
I have only used thin ABS keycaps and a set of thick PBT, so I don't have thick ABS caps to compare with. Just curious.

Keycaps that have this SA profile aren't made with PBT. You'll need to look into DSA and other profiles if you prefer PBT.

I don't think these people really "prefer" PBT. I think they hear somewhere on some forum that PBT is better and now they want nothing to do with ABS.

That's the impression I got. However, I doubt the designer of this set would choose ABS over PBT if it was really inferior. Thick ABS is nice feeling stuff. Thin ABS not as much.

Another thing to note is that SA PBT doesn't exist commercially, and thick ABS is a fantastic option.

Pbt feels better to a lot of people. Did you ever think that most people have tried both? And that they prefer pbt because it dosnt feel greesy ?

Between Taiho and Vortex, it is not expensive (not cheap but not expensive either) to pick up a set of Doubleshot PBT.
ABS feels fine when brand new. The problem is that ABS wears down worse than PBT over a long period of time.

ABS SA keycaps never wear down, they will last a lifetime. What could potentially happen is a little bit of shine on the keycaps due to the interaction of the natural oils of your skin with the plastic. Personally, I've been using ABS keycaps for years and I'm yet to witness the shine phenomenon.
ABS SA keycaps are extremely high quality and are the best option out there for high end full custom keysets, due to it's manufacturing capabilities and pricing.

Any info on another Novelties tier? They've hit over 500, which is 5 times more than the highest tier.
Also, why is there only one function key available? I'd have loved to see one for the bottom row included in either the base kit or TSAFox, as that's where mine will be on both my White Fox and my Pok3r.

No word on that yet.
> Also, why is there only one function key available?
The "FUNCTION" keycap is meant to replace the "CAPS LOCK" keycap specially for you Pok3r/Poker II users. The "PULSE" legend on the bottom row is meant to represent a function key. The idea behind it isthe fact that when held, it produces a pulse that activate a secondary function of the keyboard. I can't include every possible combination of legends for the bottom row, otherwise the Base Kit would be at least $20 more expensive. Hope you undertand, let me know if you need further assistance - thanks for the support!

The key is the SA profile, of which neither the Taiho or Vortex are. Nor are they produced with community designed legends.
