Holy crap DHL is bad. Four days to go 100 miles.

HaelousMy package has been in the same town for 3 days now. It's supposed to go from DHL to USPS, and both facilities are only 5 minutes away from each other... I don't mind waiting but when they say it's supposed to be here on the 21st, and now all of the sudden it's the 30th?? I only live 40m away from where it is but apparently I can't go and pick it up.

whodidisnipeThis is typical for MD orders coming from DHL. I get a nice 4 days with no updates on either tracking number, and by the time it finally shows up on USPS, it's in town and on the truck for delivery.

whodidisnipeI'm dealing with the same problem! I called DHL because I assumed it was lost and they told me it could sit there for three to eight days. Wtf? Why?

FrumpelstiltskinI just got mine today. When I checked last night, it was still saying "pre-shipment info sent to USPS." They must be really bad at updating the tracking information, it sat in Chicago for 4 days even though I only live 40m away.

whodidisnipeWhen I called DHL for the second time, they told me it was stuck and the only way to fix it is to have massdrop file a claim to push it through to USPS. So DHL can't call it's own warehouse and make it move themselves. I'm starting to feel like it's just lost.
