This knife is a little on the hefty side if you’re looking for an EDC knife and you don’t use it very much. This knife is made to work. Nice thick handle with good ergonomics, heavy duty D2 blade with no blade play sharp out of the box and a very nice detent which ensures that it reliably snaps open. It’s very easy to one hand this knife.

Decent for the price
A nice grind, decently sharp out of the box. Blade is perfectly centred when shut and locks up early yet solidly when opened. The flipper tab deploys it to full lock on this one without any assist from me. As an added touch, they add a “plug” on the side machined for the clip that you don’t use, some knives that sell for much more don’t include that. Overall good value for the price

It's a solidly-built budget knife, nothing more.
Certainly, a "get what you pay for" folder, with your standard budget materials; but I get the sense QSP exerts some solid quality control and puts out reliable performers (based on previous QSP purchases). The action is muddy, but nothing that can't be tweaked with some lubrication, pivot adjustments, and a little extra finger horsepower. Overall, it feels good in the hand, with excellent shape ergonomics. It's on the heavier side, as expected, yet not so heavy that it'll bother you at the end of the day. The QSP Snipe is a perfectly fine daily beater that will get the job done.

[Definitely no assisted-opening here! My usual force on a flipper tab results in some partial openings, as seen here.]
