QuadraClicksHow did you get the inspiration for this?

QuadraClicksIs there anything functionally different about this mouse other than the odd shape with raised buttons? What is the 'back-jerking' motion you are describing on the IGG campaign?

nathan.coulombehaving the actuation buttons in a reversed way so that the areas below the fingertips are stabilized and therefore immobile for clicking, your fingertips rest there during browsing and gets another holding position, while, the meaty part of your fingers with the underside of the knuckles do the clicking without bending the finger or fingertips moving. The back-jerking motion is the result of clicking using fingertips, usually more obvious for the lighter-weight mouses, the mouse moves back into your palm as the result of each trigger-pulling like action, which is also the reasons "palm support" and mouse weights were created as counter-measures in the older days. More on Palm Support here. Another benefits for having the Right 'Bove Touch feature is maximum airflow, where your palm doesn't stay in contact with the backside of the device. This keeps your hand dry, but does have its down sides. For the palm grip, palm/mix types of grip users, it can be very challenging to relearn.

Tbot360I suffered from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as a college undergrad because of my gaming habits. When was told surgery was strongly recommended I was terrified and quit playing any PC games for 5 straight years. During that time I reflected upon the causes of my pain, and came up with an rabbit ear enabled "upclicking" solution , which, didn't work. T he original idea I had was by making these rabbit like ears, I could insert the index and middle fingers in btw them and both press down and lift fingers up for "balanced" clicking muscle usage actions. I was ridiculed often.. I tried to print a 3D model one day but accidentally miscalculated the space between the ears and the mouse body. Siting there with a beer in one hand and staring at the $60 3D model failure, not sure why but I laid my hand on it,.. There's no inspirational story here, I wanted to solve my personal problem so I could go back to gaming despite of my RSI. Those were 5 long and painful years. I've always had pet bunnies though, and I love watching them.

QuadraClicks"the meaty part of your fingers with the underside of the knuckles do the clicking without bending the finger or fingertips moving." I fail to see how this is different from every other mouse - I already click with the meat of my finger, not my fingertips. I guess I don't really see the difference between this and just tacking a couple of risers on the switches of the mouse I already have. Have you had your product tested by orthopedists? I see a lot of claims about reducing RSI, but not much to prove that this in fact does what it says.

QuadraClicksHi there, Have you yet mentioned to everyone here, what type of mouse switches you are using in this new design? Please be very specific here and also tell us, what Scroll Wheel Encoder you have chosen? We all want the exact specifications of what you are selling here, nothing less.

ElrickI'm making an all-white build rn and this mouse could've been perfect! I saw a couple review vids of it in white and there's pics of it too, not sure why it's not an option 😥

N8MOTOTruth be told, I would like to see an all BEIGE coloured mouse, like the old days. Bringing back the DOS years upon anyone's desk today, would be an extremely cool thing to do ; )

N8MOTOnot in this drop, we haven't produced any. I'm planning on releasing the white version (probably wireless too) later this year the earliest looking at November.

QuadraClicksI'd stick to wired since they're more responsive for gaming and it'll keep the price down. Don't suppose you have any whites or prototypes laying around?
