I ordered this mouse full price on Amazon and used it for a day. I'll be returning it, it was hard to get used to and strained my hand. It probably needs more than a day of use to get used to it, but it was too weird for me. I think when I was thinking about it and using it correctly, it did feel more relaxed, but it took too long to adjust for me. If you can power through the adjustment period, it might be worth it for you. I can't say it's a bad mouse, cause I wasn't willing to push through the learning curve. I use a normal mouse for gaming and an Evoluent Vertical mouse for other work to reduce RSI. I've suffered from RSI for many years, exercise is the best way to cure it. Strengthen those forearms!

je.junesorry to hear about your experience, it does take btw 3-5 days of normal usage in order to get the old muscle memory out (also requires not switching back to a normal mouse during this time) , most returns we've had are within 1-2 days after arrival for very similar reasons. It's your decision. Very unfortunate, but thank you for posting a review and giving the RBT design a try. Any feedback on how to make the learning curve easier is truly appreciated!
