This customer purchased a used player off the Internet, NOT FROM US, that arrived to him broken. He is insisting that this is somehow our fault and we must fix it or replace it for him for free or he will post these types of things about us.

I’m Trying desperately to have some kind of support, writing mails to Questyle but No answer till now. soni te on this forum, maybe they will read me finally. my qp1r just shutdown when I plug earphone or line Jack. I did factory reset, removed cards, tried different things but the unit just shutdown when something is plugged in earphone jack. Do someone have any kind of solution?
