TrikerSueGood morning TrikerSue, by far your question is what we hear the most! Those who own clear acrylic rulers are simply used to them. But if there was a product for cutting strips that did the following: 1. did not slip on the fabric (working safer) 2. allow you to cut numerous layers at once (working smarter) 3. came in many sizes (no need to keep track of marks on the ruler) 4. affordable
We hear from our customers that they only need to make a few cuts to "learn" how to use them. As with any new tool, there's a learning curve . . .
Why not try something different. . . .

I did not like them - they are made of masonite - a composite wood product and are not accurate. You are paying for a strip of wood that will not last more that a few projects.
