Designed for alpine climbing, mountaineering, use on bivy ledges, and more, these Rab Neutrino Endurance sleeping bags offer minimum weight and pack size without compromising on warmth. Each is made from water-resistant Pertex fabrics, hand-filled with 800-fill-power European goose down, and temperature-tested to the new European standard. The different model names refer to the down fill weight and correspond to the bag’s temperature rating, with the 200 being the lightest and the 600 the warmest. In all models, the tapered mummy shape keeps you comfortable in cold, damp weather, with a trapezoidal baffle construction, close-fitting neck baffle, and anti-snag webbing tape.
Note: This drop’s base price is for the Neutrino Endurance 200 in standard length left zip or XL left zip (+ $10). At checkout, you can opt for the 400 standard left zip (+ $40), standard right zip (+ $40) or XL left zip(+ $50); or the 600 standard left zip (+ $70), standard right zip (+$ 70), women’s left zip (+ $70), or XL left zip (+ $80). Limited units available.
Rab was founded by Scottish mountaineer Rab Carrington in 1980s—but the seed for the company was planted much earlier. In 1973, Carrington found himself in Buenos Aires, his expedition to Patagonia aborted due to a UK dock strike that had delayed the arrival of his equipment. He decided to stick around, and took up work sewing sleeping bags for the Argentinian army. Today, those skills and ethos of adventure can be seen in Rab’s full line of performance clothing, sleeping bags, mountaineering tents, and extreme expedition gear.
