Designed for alpine climbing, mountaineering, use on bivy ledges, and more, these Rab Neutrino Endurance sleeping bags offer minimum weight and pack size without compromising warmth. Each is made from water-resistant Pertex Quantum fabric and hand-filled with 800-fill-power hydrophobic goose down. A PrimaLoft-filled draft tube runs along the zipper to prevent unwanted chills from sneaking in overnight. The tapered mummy shape keeps you comfortable in cold, damp weather, and the half-length YKK five-coil zipper lets you zip two Neutrino bags together. Additional features include Rab's unique trapezoidal baffle chamber design which allows for better down distribution to aid in eliminating cold spots, a close-fitting neck baffle, and an anti-snag webbing tape.
Note: At checkout, you'll have your choice of down fill and bag size. Prices vary.
Rab was founded by Scottish mountaineer Rab Carrington in 1980s—but the seed for the company was planted much earlier. In 1973, Carrington found himself in Buenos Aires, his expedition to Patagonia aborted due to a UK dock strike that had delayed the arrival of his equipment. He decided to stick around, and took up work sewing sleeping bags for the Argentinian army. Today, those skills and ethos of adventure can be seen in Rab’s full line of performance clothing, sleeping bags, mountaineering tents, and extreme expedition gear.
